1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Relentless Few website, Discord server, or any affiliated services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and contributors.

2 User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with community standards. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other members or staff
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonating any person, entity, or Relentless Few staff member
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Sharing confidential clan information, strategies, or internal communications without authorisation
• Engaging in cheating, exploitation, or unsportsmanlike conduct in any gaming context
• Spamming, advertising, or soliciting other members without permission
• Attempting to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to our systems

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community at the sole discretion of clan leadership.

3 Clan Membership

Membership in Relentless Few is a privilege, not a right. The following conditions apply to all members:

• Applicants must meet the minimum age and conduct requirements outlined in the membership guidelines
• All members are expected to follow clan rules and the code of conduct at all times
• Leadership reserves the right to deny applications, revoke membership, or alter member status for any reason deemed appropriate
• Members are expected to maintain a reasonable level of activity and participation
• Rank and role assignments are at the discretion of clan leadership

4 Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Use a valid email address and keep it current
• Not create multiple accounts without prior approval from staff

Relentless Few is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

5 Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform (forum posts, profile information, media uploads). By submitting content, you grant Relentless Few a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the Services for community purposes.

All Relentless Few branding, logos, website design, and original materials are the intellectual property of Relentless Few. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without explicit written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

6 Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Account information is used solely to provide and improve the Services.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Relentless Few does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

8 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from membership, conduct, or these Terms should first be raised with clan leadership through official channels (Discord or the contact form). Leadership will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Escalated disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9 Changes to Terms

Relentless Few reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the website or Discord. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
